Hi! I’m Lanette and this is my food blog! I live in a very tiny town in Washington State. However I travel for events all over the world. I’m married I love, love my husband Travis so much yes so much!  We have 3 kids Bryson, Oztin, and Kimo, and a granddaughter.

Our newest adventure is this food blog which I’am over the moon excited about! I love to teach people things little tricks that I have picked up along the way. My gadgets that I know work! Recipies that I have used in many kitchens around the globe. I’m excited also to share with you many insperations that are part of what I love about what I do the prettiness of the events the ruffles the candles and sparkles. Contessa’s is our caterting division and  has been in the food and beverage industry for 22 years, working at several upscale resorts such as the Royal Hawaiian, in Oahu, The Kapalua Bay hotel in Maui, the Ritz Carlton, and Mexico. In all of these resorts our chefs have worked side by side with some of the best chefs in the country. I graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle with a full degree in Food Science. And has been on several food expeditions threw out Mexico and many regions of the US.
