You could also make a lemon ice-cream and make ice-cream sandwiches or add lemon buttercream and make sandwich cookies also sounds amazing doesn’t it? Yes o yes so with out any further delay here we go enjoy!

    Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups butter

    1 1/4 cup brown sugar

    1 1/8 cup white sugar 

    3 eggs 

    1 tablespoon vanilla 

    3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    3/4 teaspoon baking soda

    3/4 teaspoon baking powder 

    1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

    3 tablespoons fresh or dried lavender

    Instructions

    Pre Heat oven to 350. Cream very well the sugars and butter, add eggs one at a time mix thoroughly. In a seperate bowl measure dry ingredients including lavender add gradually. Next add the vanilla and chocolate chips. Scoop on a sheet pan and flatten. Bake 12-14 minutes cookies can be baked to be soft or crispy.

    Easy English muffins really they are so good and not much effort really!

    you can make your english muffins any size we use the mini cutters for breakfast appetizers like mini egg and cheese.

    add your flour and salt to the wet ingredients

    the dough will start to come together after mixing
    mix with dough hook 6 minutes it will start to come away from the bowl. From here let rise 1 hour!
    line sheet pan with parchment sprinkle with cornmeal.
    Press dough to 1/2 inch thick flip over. Remember it is going to rise again!

     

    this recipe makes 9 regular size English muffins let rise 30 min.
    first 15 min go baking they will be slightly round but they will flatten out
    you can see when you turn them over they will be a really great color.

    Ingredients

    2¼ cups bread flour

    ½ tablespoon  granulated sugar

    1 tablespoon honey

    ¾ teaspoon salt

    1¼ teaspoons instant yeast

    1 tablespoon unsalted butter, at room temperature

    1 cup  milk or buttermilk, warmed

    Cornmeal for dusting pan

    Instructions

    Pre- heat over to 350.Warm milk to lukewarm this means when you touch it its neither hot or cold. Whisk in yeast, sugar and honey. Next add the butter and the salt and flour mix with dough hook 6 minutes or by hand for 6 minutes.Cover let rise 1 hour should be doubled in bulk. On a sheet pan line with parchment then sprinkle with cornmeal. Take dough out of bowl and go strait on cornmeal press or roll out to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with desired shape. Cover 30 minutes let rise again. Place  in pre-heated oven 15 minutes take out of oven turn over back in oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

    Ingredients

    3 cups powdered sugar
    2 cups granulated sugar
    2 cups butter
    6 eggs
    1 Tbsp salt
    1/4 cup vanilla
    1 cup amaranth flour
    2 cups potato starch
    2 cups sweet rice flour
    4 cups brown rice flour
    2 Tbsp xanthan gum
    3 Tbsp baking powder

    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325. Mix together the flours, starch, xanthan gum and baking powder with a whisk until well-combined. Set aside. Cream together the sugars, butter, eggs, vanilla and salt. Add flour mixture, about 1/4 at a time, stirring with a wooden spoon. Once the flour mixture is mostly incorporated, knead the dough in the bowl, slowly punching the dough down in the middle and folding the sides of the dough into the middle. Or, put the dough on a non-stick surface (like a silicone mat or a marble slab), and knead it on there. The mixture will have the consistency of Play-Dough, but not too soft. If it is too dry, add a Tbsp of water at a time until it will gather into a ball. Resist adding water if at all possible. The dough works best if it is not very moist.

    Roll out your cookies and cut them unto your shapes.Brush with egg and sprinkle with colored sugars.Or you can bake them plain and frost and decorate them.

    Notes

    you can make a orange or lemon sugar to put on them  by using fresh zest with regular or crystal sugar.
